Beef Share Deposits - June 2025 (Must be able to pick up in Utah County)
Must be in Utah or available to pick up at Springville meat co.
Our Angus steers are grain finished for 4 months before processing, fed the very best minerals, locally milled mix of corn and barley, and protein-rich hay that we personally grow to create the very best beef. Prime is the goal for Valley S Ranch.
The total will be 5.00/lb hanging weight (this includes all slaughter and basic cut/wrap fees. Hanging weight is the weight determined by the butcher after being skinned and organs removed. (our hanging weights are anywhere from 175-225 lbs per quarter. Finished frozen weight will be aprx. 60% of the hanging weight. Each quarter will be about 25% steaks 35% roasts and other cuts and 40% ground beef.
Your beef will be custom processed for YOU. Once the hanging weight is determined, you will be billed for the total of your quarter of the hanging weight, then you will receive a call from Springville meat co. where you decide what cuts you want/ roast size/ steak size/ etc. (We will also send you a cheat sheet for cut instructions with tips and tricks) It will dry age for 2-3 weeks before processing. Then your beef will be ready for delivery along with one of our gift packs!
Total for a quarter will be anywhere between $850-$1000 total.

the deposit goes towards the final amount, it just reserves your beef for you!
